Do you have an online uniform builder?

No. We feel that establishing a personal relationship is vital to the superior customer service you deserve. That's why our clients work directly with their own professional designer. We feel you deserve more than just a few pre-designed templates that require you to change the colors and specs of the jersey. We treat each customer as if you were our only customer, and tailor each and every detail to your exact specifications to create a truly custom piece that will be unique to your club.

Are designs free and are there extra fees?

Yes, all designs are free. There are no hidden art fees or setup charges. Additionally, player names, numbers, and multiple team logos are also free of charge.

Do you offer sizing samples?

How much are your uniforms and do you offer package deals?

Do you sell direct or do I have to order through a sales rep?

We are direct to consumer, so you will never have to work with a sales person or middleman. You will work with us from design to delivery.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Never. Once you experience our superior quality and personal customer service, you'll see why we don't feel the need to lock our clients into contracts. 

Can I re-order a single jersey/uniform after I place my team's bulk order?

Yes. All of our clients receive a free 24/7/365 Online Store for easy, one-off re-ordering, with orders shipped to any address on Earth. Your store will never close.

What fabrics are your uniforms made from?

We offer three lightweight performance jersey fabrics and our premium, max durability DriFlex pant fabric. Click here to learn more about our uniforms.

Who manufactures your uniforms and apparel?

We (Triton) are our own private label brand who manufactures our own baseball uniforms and baseball apparel at our own factory. When you work with us, you are never more than one point of contact away from our factory and will never work with a middleman. This means a truly streamlined process with no questions and no BS. Our direct-to-consumer model means the savings are passed to you and your organization.

Fundraising FAQs

What sort of organizations do you work with?

We work with schools, businesses, large sports organizations, or community/charity organizations who are looking for a more engaging fundraiser option. Our fundraisers are not intended for individual sports teams.

What sort of jerseys/apparel items are available for my fundraiser?

Along with custom baseball jerseys, we also offer custom basketball, hockey, softball, soccer, and rugby jerseys, as well as a full line of custom apparel. Click here to view Triton's full catalog.
*Please note that the following items are not available in your fundraiser - hats, visors, socks, and batting gloves.

How many items can I include in my fundraiser store?

You can include up to twelve (12) items in your fundraiser store. 

What percentage/markup can my organization make on each item sold?

Whatever you want. You can set the sales price for each item, and customize the amount you make for each item (the markup does not have to be the same for each item). You markup the price from our base price for each item.

What designs are available for each item? And are they available in my colors/logo(s)?

We offer a set design for each item you choose in any color scheme and unlimited logos. You choose the items you want and we take care of the design work and send to you for approval before opening your store. If you choose any of our Retro City Threads items, those exact designs (with no color alterations) will be offered. 

Is personalization offered on all items? And what is the cost?

Yes, custom personalization with any name/number is free. Custom names/numbers are optional. 

Are orders shipped directly to the purchaser?

Yes, we handle all order processing and ship orders directly to the purchaser.

How quickly are orders shipped?

The turn time for all orders is 3-5 weeks shipped. Our turn times do extend toward the end/beginning of each year, so be sure to check with us during that time.

How long can my fundrasier store remain open?

You choose the initial processing date. Once that date has arrived, all orders up to that point are processed and sent to manufacturing. If you choose, you can keep your store open 24/7/365 and we will continue to fulfill all orders and generate their subsequent funds for you.

What sort of brands do you work with?

We work with new and established brands of all sorts, businesses, athletic organizations, as well as influencers, athletes, and public figures looking to strengthen and monetize their brand. If you are looking for private-label jerseys and/or apparel, we have the solutions for you.

Do you only offer baseball jerseys, or other jersey styles and apparel?

Along with custom baseball jerseys, we also offer custom basketball, hockey, softball, soccer, and rugby jerseys, as well as a full line of custom apparel.

Do you offer full private-label or co-branding?

Our private label services require a minimum initial order of 500 total garments.
